This is a WORKING CHEF role, located at a remote fly-in industrial camp facility in Northern Saskatchewan. **WE COVER THE COSTS OF YOUR TRANSPORTATION, MEALS, & ACCOMMODATIONS WHILE AT SITE. **SHIFT WORK & COMPRESSED WORKWEEKS REQUIRED; SCHEDULES ARE 2-WEEK IN-AND-OUT ROTATIONS WITH 11-HOUR DAYS. **MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST. Who you are:- You MUST have a Red Seal Certification.

- You go above & beyond to provide a great experience for our clients. What you will do:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a culinary team.
- Liaise between the client and ACLP.
- Create ad maintain memorable and positive food service experiences.
- Manage food costs and inventory.
- Maintain standards for food safety, food storage, rotation, quality and appearance. Job Requirements - Let's not waste your time:
- Experience with kitchen management within the service industry.
- Jobs require shift work at remote sites - mining facilities & exploration camps.
- Knowledge of Vegan, Halal and Gluten allergy variation cooking skills.
- Good knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Camp Manager programs.
- Valid Driver's license preferred.
- Current First responder certificate would be an asset.
- You must be a team leader, who works well with others.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a larger team.
