Nanny Wanted - Guaranteed Hours, Part Time Second Nanny For Afternoon/Early Evening Support And Household Care!

Hello! We are a busy working family in Lawrence Park that needs a bit of extra help to complement our existing care arrangements. We have a wonderful full-time nanny and are looking for part-time support with primarily household tasks and secondary childcare throughout the day, particularly to help ease the transition for us as we end our workdays (we often have unreliable end times) and we don't want our current nanny to burnout. We live very close to transit (less than 5 minute walk to nearest subway station). Our little boys are 6 months and 2.5 years old and we think they're both delightful. The toddler attends school in the mornings and has activities planned in the afternoons. We have two medium sized dogs (mutts!). This role includes deep household cleaning, meal prep, household laundry, and dog walking. Childcare will include coverage during transition periods (e.g., baby napping, current nanny picking up from school), with more or less depending on how the day goes. Hours are guaranteed from 20 - 25 per week (to be confirmed), some flexibility on start and finish times, but generally assume 3 - 8 PM Monday through Friday schedule, plus the occasional date night or weekend.
