You will advise corporations and business owners on income tax matters, transactions, reorganizations, and planning mandates. Collaboration spans corporate and business law practices across national offices.Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on complex Canadian corporate tax mattersSupport corporate and commercial transactions and reorganizationsProvide practical, business-focused Canadian income tax adviceBuild strong client relationships and manage client needsCollaborate with lawyers across practices and national officesRequirements:
Seven to fifteen years of corporate tax law experienceExperience advising corporations, business owners, and other clientsStrong Canadian tax law knowledge and analytical skillsMembership in good standing with a Canadian law societyEligibility to practice in Alberta and strong communication skillsApply corporate tax expertise, client management, and commercial judgment to sophisticated matters within an established national business law platform.
