Western Trade Marketing Manager

Lead below-the-line marketing for Sleeman Breweries across Western brands from Delta, British Columbia, with approximately 20% travel. Apply analytical thinking and budget-management skills.Reporting to the Director, Trade Western Brands, the Trade Marketing Manager, West develops market plans across brands. The role partners with Sales and National Brand Managers to support execution, brand performance, and improvement. It requires tactical planning, stakeholder engagement, and people management.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage below-the-line plans for market brandsOversee promotions, events, sponsorships, and point-of-sale programsEvaluate activities, trends, competitive activity, and brand performanceManage regional budgets and participate in demand planningLead Brand Activity Managers and special marketing projectsRequirements:
Post-secondary Marketing or related business educationAt least five years in related CPG experienceAt least two years in a management positionStrong analytical, communication, presentation, and budget skillsProficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookBring trade planning, cross-functional leadership, and brand performance expertise to Sleeman Breweries’ Western marketing team.
