Director of Professional Services Sparkrock

Lead impactful service delivery as Sparkrock's Director of Professional Services in a fully remote position. Drive innovation in ERP/SaaS implementations for social benefit organizations across Canada. This senior leadership role involves managing a $3–5M portfolio, overseeing quality in project delivery, and ensuring high profit margins. You will lead a diverse team, act as the senior escalation point for customers, and enhance collaborative efforts with cross-functional groups to meet client needs and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the P&L for a $3–5M portfolio
- Oversee ERP/SaaS project delivery quality
- Lead and motivate a Professional Services team
- Act as senior escalation point for key customers
- Drive process improvements for delivery efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 10-15 years in professional services roles
- 3-5 years in a leadership position
- Proven track record managing $3-5M project portfolios
- Strong customer relationship management skills
