Quilt Software, which supports over 14,000 local shops, is seeking a mid-level Salesforce Administrator. You’ll work on delivery and configuration tasks, focusing on both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities. This role emphasizes problem-solving skills, integration management, and effective documentation as you collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

Configure Salesforce solutions based on business requirements
Manage user permissions, profiles, and daily administration tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with third-party tools
Write technical documentation for built items and operational procedures
Participate actively in sprint planning and requirements assessment

Requirements:

3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features
Proven ability to evaluate and implement complex automations
Salesforce Certified Administrator, preferred advanced certifications
Excellent communication with diverse audiences
