Architect enterprise AI/ML solutions at Slalom using Python, cloud platforms, and scalable machine learning pipelines in a hybrid consulting environment. Lead client-facing delivery across complex technology landscapes.As a Principal AI/ML Architect, you will design production solutions spanning data pipelines, model development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. You will guide applied AI initiatives across natural language processing, computer vision, forecasting, recommender systems, and generative AI. The work includes AWS, Azure, GCP, and Responsible AI practices.Key Responsibilities:
Architect and deliver enterprise-scale AI/ML solutionsDesign secure cloud-native and hybrid architecturesLead applied AI projects across multiple domainsChampion explainability, fairness, privacy, and governanceMentor cross-functional data and machine learning teamsRequirements:
6+ years implementing production ML/AI models3+ years in consulting or IT servicesStrong Python, R, or Scala programming skillsExperience with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Vertex AIExperience with MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, and KubernetesShape enterprise AI architecture through cloud expertise, production ML delivery, Responsible AI, and client-focused technical leadership.
