Lead a team toward excellence in customer service as District Manager at SmartStop Self Storage. Focus on operational strategies and team motivation across various locations. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of self-storage stores in your district. We seek a driven leader who can inspire employees to achieve excellence in service and operational standards while implementing corporate policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational issues in all stores within the district
- Oversee rentals, delinquent tenant actions, and store maintenance
- Evaluate property performance and effect strategic changes
- Ensure adherence to corporate marketing and operations plans
- Hire, train, and evaluate performance of store teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar preferred
- Extensive experience in team leadership in retail or service
- Demonstrated excellent performance track record
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software
