Recruiting Operations Architect
Beaconholdings
Beacon Software seeks a Recruiting Operations Lead to own the infrastructure behind hiring across corporate and portco searches. You will configure Ashby, build reporting, and design repeatable workflows from scratch.
You will partner with Talent, Finance, and People to align headcount planning, data hygiene, and automation in a fast-growing, multi-entity environment. Your hands-on approach will shape scalable processes now.
