Secure Cohere’s AI products through architecture reviews, threat modeling, and hands-on testing in a remote-friendly global company. Python, Go, or TypeScript expertise matters.As a Senior Product Security Engineer, you will work alongside engineers building enterprise AI products. You will assess prompt injection, unsafe tool use, authorization, identity, delegation, data exposure, and tenant isolation. The work spans production codebases, modern application architecture, and emerging agentic AI risks.Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture, code, and security-sensitive change reviewsThreat model capabilities and prioritize practical mitigationsDevelop proofs of concept and assess exploitabilityBuild secure defaults, reusable controls, and automated checksPair with engineers and communicate risk decisions clearlyRequirements:
Strong software engineering fundamentals and production coding abilityProficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScriptExperience leading security reviews or threat modelsKnowledge of vulnerability classes and design failuresUnderstanding of APIs, OAuth/OIDC, cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CDApply product security engineering expertise to protect Cohere’s enterprise AI systems, customer data, authorization, and isolation boundaries.
