You will create clarity around performance, accountability, and scalable practices that foster team growth and excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own the People Operations strategy for growth
- Collaborate on workforce planning and talent strategies
- Evaluate structure to enhance team effectiveness and clarity
- Develop systems across onboarding, performance, and retention
- Coach leaders to boost team communication and performance
- Significant experience in People Operations within growth organizations
- Proven success in building effective people systems
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle
- Experience partnering with senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to enhance performance management systems
