Support globally mobile workforces from Vialto’s hybrid Calgary, Toronto, or Vancouver teams through shadow payroll and cross-border compliance.This Manager position combines global mobility payroll operations with employment tax advisory for multinational clients. You will guide internationally mobile employee payroll reporting, social security considerations, and employer compliance. The work connects payroll providers, client payroll teams, HR, mobility, finance, and tax stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee payroll compliance services for globally mobile workforcesAdvise on internationally mobile employee payroll reportingSupport payroll processes across multiple jurisdictionsResolve payroll and reporting issues with providers and stakeholdersImprove payroll governance, controls, data quality, and efficiencyRequirements:
Five-plus years in global payroll, mobility tax, or related consultingKnowledge of Canadian and Quebec payroll and employment taxExperience with shadow payroll, tax equalization, or payroll operationsExperience supporting multinational organizations and mobile workforcesAbility to translate technical requirements into practical solutionsBring global mobility payroll, shadow payroll, and cross-border compliance knowledge to Vialto’s employment tax practice.
