Recruitment Specialist

Precision Well Servicing is currently seeking a  Recruitment Specialist to join our team!

This position will be based out of either our Red Deer or Grande Prairie facility. Our teams have returned to our offices, and remote work is not available for this role.

What will you do?

Precision Well Servicing is a fast paced organization and this position is critical in maintaining the success of the operations group. The person in this position will source, screen, and interview candidates for our field positions, and make recommendations for hire. To be successful in this role, you will have a strong desire to understand the primary duties of each field position to ensure the best candidate is selected and onboarded. Other responsibilities will include:

• Managing candidates through the onboarding process,
• Collecting and verifying candidates hold required certifications and validating previous experience,
• Maintaining contact with candidates and providing exceptional customer service to uphold Precision's "it's people, it's personal" philosophy,
• Ensuring Precision Well Servicing's policies and applicable legislation are followed consistently,
• Accurately track candidates along with results and costs per hire,
• Monitor job fair opportunities and seek approval to attend,
• Identify and recommend improvement opportunities to ensure best recruitment practices are being utilized at all times, based on market conditions and business needs.

• Detail oriented and focused on quality results and on-time deliverables.

The person in this position will have 3-years' experience in recruitment and selection. Registered Professional Recruiter Accreditation considered an asset.
