I’m looking for a kind, patient and reliable caregiver for my 2-year-old son, Eoghan, for a few hours a week. I’m hoping to find someone who can become a familiar and trusted person in his life while giving me a little time to get things done or have a break. Eoghan is autistic and developmentally delayed and has some additional motor and feeding needs. He is not yet independently walking, so he requires hands-on support and close supervision. He is a very sweet, curious and playful little boy who loves music, lights, cars, climbing and exploring his environment in his own way. Experience with autism, developmental disabilities or children with additional needs would be wonderful, but the most important things to me are patience, attentiveness, willingness to learn Eoghan’s cues, and genuinely enjoying spending time with him. I’m primarily looking for occasional/part-time care in our home, starting with short visits so Eoghan and I can both get comfortable. Please visit to view full details and to apply.
