Base Salary Range: CAD $65,000 – $85,000 / year (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and drive-oriented Branch Manager to lead and grow in the Timmins location.

As Branch Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a high-pierforming team, manage key account relationships, and ensure our customers receive top-tier service.

Responsibilities
* Develop and recommend sales strategies, marketing objectives, sales volume goals, and profit forecasts to the District Manager.

* Build, maintain, and expand sales and profit objectives with assigned key accounts.
* Identify new market opportunities to actively grow and develop the Timmins territory.
* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, particularly regarding inventory control, delivery, billing, collections, and facility security.
* Monitor inventory, investigate root causes for discrepancies between physical counts and stock control records, and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain customer service measurement standards and implement necessary actions to ensure consistently high compliance.
* Recruit, hire, and onboard branch personnel in accordance with company standards.
* Create balanced work schedules across all branch functions—including counter sales and inside sales—to optimize workflow and maintain service standards.
* Promote and maintain a positive, productive, and collaborative work climate within the branch.

Qualifications
* background in the electrical industry an asset
* 2–3 years of proven management or supervisory experience.
* Strong ability to read and analyze financial reports and develop implementation strategies to consistently meet or exceed fiscal targets.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience with AS400 systems is considered a strong asset.
