Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate and timely data entry of pharmaceutical information into our internal database
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness, and make necessary corrections as needed
• Extract data from various sources and compile it into organized reports
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Conduct quality control checks on data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors
• Generate and maintain detailed records of all data entry activities
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in data entry tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and managers regarding data entry tasks and any potential issues

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry and analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and terminology is a plus
