Senior Consultant - Oracle HCM Absence Expert

Become a key player at Infosys as a Senior Consultant focused on Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management, based in Mississauga, Ontario. This role requires you to implement and oversee the Absence modules for various clients within the public sector. A strong foundation in SDLC and effective communication will enable you to lead discussions on integrations and data migrations. Your problem-solving abilities will help in preparing essential reports that address project risks and ensure stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Absence module for public sector clients
- Provide support for User Acceptance Testing and migrations
- Lead integration discussions with client stakeholders
- Handle complex data using HCM tools for reporting
- Prepare and communicate status reports emphasizing risks
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
- Minimum of 4 years in IT sector
- 10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience
- Strong knowledge of SDLC processes and stakeholder communication
- Relocation to Mississauga may be required
