Lead AI and digital initiatives at QuadReal Property Group as an AI Delivery Manager. Drive successful project outcomes while using your AI expertise to enhance business value. As a key member of the AI & Digital Innovation team at QuadReal, you'll manage delivery across AI product portfolios. This role requires a hands-on manager who can prioritize effectively while overseeing a diverse team of engineers and analysts. Your familiarity with AI technologies will enable you to make sound judgment calls to deliver solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Own delivery outcomes across AI project portfolios
- Manage, coach, and develop the delivery team
- Set priorities and manage project timelines
- Ensure quality standards across designs and implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business sponsors
- 5+ years in technology solution delivery, 2+ years managing teams
- Deep understanding of AI, LLM, and ML solutions
- Proven track record of managing competing initiatives
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Experience in software development project management
