Use AI fluency and market expertise.The Director, Wealth Strategy & Research leads strategic initiatives shaping Tangerine Wealth. This enterprise-accountable role supports executive decisions, product strategy, market positioning, and long-term growth. It requires research depth, strategic communication, and cross-functional influence across financial services or fintech.Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the Tangerine Wealth product roadmapAdvise senior executives on enterprise priorities and business decisionsMonitor wealth, fintech, regulatory, and technology developmentsBuild business cases, strategic frameworks, and performance dashboardsLead teams through transformation while fostering continuous improvementRequirements:
10+ years in strategy, research, corporate development, or consultingDeep North American wealth management research expertiseStrong quantitative and qualitative research capabilitiesProven ability to translate insights into actionable strategiesExcellent executive communication and presentation skillsApply strategic research, AI fluency, and executive communication to advance Tangerine Wealth products and enterprise priorities.
