Babysitter wanted for childcare in Victoria

My wife and I both work and do not have any living family in town. We love to cook and have chickens. We are both physically active. But we rarely ever get time to connect. Our boys are very different from one another and do well with an "older brother" type of approach. The ideal person would be someone young who has energy to keep up with them and can play with them, modeling appropriate play. Left unchecked they will both gravitate towards their computers which we allow to some extent since they tend to fight a lot the rest of the time. Having said that, we make a point of giving them at least as much time off screen as on screen. We have seen that our kids respond well when there are older role models.
