Description
Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking an Entry Level Field Sales Representative to join our team in Oshawa. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to launch their career in the financial services industry while working directly with clients in the field.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, engaging with potential customers, presenting financial products and services, and building lasting relationships that drive business growth. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop your sales skills and product knowledge, setting you up for long-term success in a rewarding career.
We offer a competitive salary range of $17.75 - $19 per year, along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for professional advancement within our growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new sales opportunities within assigned territories
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with potential clients
- Promote and sell financial products and services to meet customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly
- Stay informed about company products, industry trends, and competitors
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to improve strategies
- Represent the company professionally at all times in the field
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong desire to build a career in sales within the financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with face-to-face client interactions
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and mobile applications
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
