Customer Success Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, early-career professional to own the day-to-day relationship with our clients. You will listen to our clients, manage onboarding and training, and then drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth. 

You will work alongside the President, business development, marketing, product, software development, and funding analyst team. You will support our growth in both the US and Canada by keeping clients happy and spotting opportunities early. 

Program eligibility 

This position is funded through the Youth Employment Program. To be eligible, you must be: 

1. A post-secondary graduate 

1. Under 30 years old 

1. A Canadian citizen or permanent resident 

1. A first-time participant in the Youth Employment Program 

What you will do 

• Lead onboarding and training for new clients so implementation goes smoothly and adoption lasts 

• Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, build trust, learn their needs, and document what you hear 

• Flag growth and upsell opportunities to the sales team 

• Work with sales, marketing, and product to improve retention across the customer journey 

• Log client activity, follow-ups, and leads in our CRM 

• Support product demos and presentations led by the business development team 

• Help research and attend industry events and webinars 

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma with a strong grasp of technology 

• Up to 2 years in customer success, sales, or another customer-facing role (internships, co-ops, and part-time work count) 

• Bilingual, with strong oral and written communication 

• Interest in sales and business development, with an entrepreneurial streak 

• Fast learner, empathetic, energetic, curious about technology, with a good sense of humour
