Shape Blue J’s generative AI tax software as a Product Manager using product strategy, user research, and technical collaboration in Toronto’s hybrid model.This Product Manager owns a key product roadmap area at a growing B2B SaaS company. You will work across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to connect discovery with lasting product usage. The work combines tax professional insights, market analysis, and delivery leadership.Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product roadmap from concept through launchEvaluate competitive landscapes and market trends for prioritizationIdentify user pain points, opportunities, and unmet needsWrite specifications and user stories with engineeringMeasure launches using usage data and customer feedbackRequirements:
Five or more years in B2B SaaS product managementSolid technical foundation and engineering collaboration experienceAbility to balance qualitative and quantitative inputsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experienceBring technical product management, AI awareness, and customer research skills to Blue J’s Toronto-based tax technology roadmap.
