with nearly 70 years of service since its establishment in 1958. We offer heating, cooling

and plumbing services, and our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has

been the cornerstone of our success. Under new ownership, we are rapidly growing and

looking for highly motivated team players to lead the continued growth of our brand in the

Regina market.

Role: The Comfort Advisor will be responsible for working directly with our customers to

quote and sell our comprehensive range of residential plumbing and heating services.

This role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and

closing sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable quotes

for residential services

• Convert inbound leads into sales, leveraging the extensive lead lists provided by

our marketing team.

• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer

satisfaction.

• Stay informed about the latest products, technologies, and industry trends.
• Generate additional leads through proactive efforts and networking
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and

customer preferences.

• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's rapid growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success
• Experience in home service sales or the heating-cooling-plumbing industry is

preferred, but not necessary

• Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.

• Extensive Marketing Support: We have a fully dedicated marketing team solely

focused on generating leads, allowing you to concentrate on closing sales. You will

work in partnership with the marketing team to provide feedback and maximize

lead quality and quantity.

• High Volume of Leads: we invest significantly into marketing and actively

optimize our diverse portfolio of marketing channels, ensuring a consistent pipeline

of inbound leads. We currently generate ~200 inbound leads per month, with room

to increase further with a high performing Comfort Advisor on the team.

• Brand Marketing: we are ensuring strong brand visibility and recognition in

Regina. We have partnered with a best-in-class US agency to relaunch the Arrow

brand in Fall 2024, including providing a new fleet of vans to our technicians with

full van wraps.

• Extensive Customer Database: we actively maintain a database of ~17,000

historical customers, which can be leveraged to further generate leads

• Best-in-Class Software: we are implementing state-of-the-art software (Service

Titan) to support our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring you have the best tools

at your disposal to succeed.
