We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer <\/b> to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Guidewire configuration, integration, and development, along with a solid understanding of insurance domain processes.

Key Responsibilities <\/b><\/span>

Design & Development <\/b><\/span>
<\/h4>

• Configure and customize Guidewire ClaimCenter applications
  <\/li>
• Develop business rules, workflows, and user interfaces
  <\/li>
• Implement integrations with external systems using Guidewire APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Technical Leadership <\/b><\/span>
  <\/h4>

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
    <\/li>
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Collaboration <\/b><\/span>
    <\/h4>

    • Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
      <\/li>
    • Support production deployments and troubleshoot issues as needed
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Maintenance & Optimization <\/b><\/span>
      <\/h4>

      • Enhance existing ClaimCenter implementations for performance, scalability, and reliability
        <\/li>
      • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
        <\/li><\/ul><\/span>

        Required Skills & Experience <\/b><\/span>

        Core Expertise <\/b><\/span>
        <\/h4>

        • 6–12 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Guidewire ClaimCenter development
          <\/li>
        • Strong proficiency in Guidewire Studio, Gosu programming language, XML, and Java
          <\/li>
        • Hands -on experience with ClaimCenter configuration, rules engine, and data model
          <\/li><\/ul>

          Integration Skills <\/b><\/span>
          <\/h4>

          • Experience with SOAP and REST web services
            <\/li>
          • Strong knowledge of messaging, batch processes, and system integrations
            <\/li><\/ul>

            Domain Knowledge <\/b><\/span>
            <\/h4>

            • Solid understanding of insurance domain processes, especially Claims management
              <\/li><\/ul>

              Preferred Skills <\/b><\/span>
              <\/h3>

              • Experience with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Kafka, or similar integration platforms
                <\/li>
              • Exposure to Guidewire Cloud implementations
                <\/li>
              • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
                <\/li>
              • Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ClaimCenter applications
                <\/li>
              • Strong problem -solving skills and ability to work in a fast -paced environment
