SOGECLAIR Group Project Manager - Improvement Focus

Drive advancements in production at SOGECLAIR Group as a Project Manager with a focus on Continuous Improvement. Implement strategic projects and lead a diverse team toward success. In this senior role, you will be responsible for developing and executing deployment strategies while managing risks and resources. Your 8 years of manufacturing experience and strong analytical skills will help in effective stakeholder communication. You'll also need to work flexibly across shifting project priorities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement improvements in production processes
  • Manage project deployment and scope effectively
  • Gather and align stakeholders for overall project goals
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders
  • Document strategies, risks, and recommendations clearly
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or operations engineering
  • At least 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Project for project tracking
  • Fluent in spoken and written French and English
  • Leadership qualities and adaptability in changing scenarios
