Environmental Engineer Solid Waste Focus
Morrison Hershfield
Lead successful solid waste management initiatives as an Environmental Engineer. Your expertise will guide project coordination and support technical evaluations to enhance service delivery in a consulting framework. This position mandates a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and eligibility for P. Eng. registration, alongside four years of solid waste management experience. Focus will be on economic analyses and the design coordination of waste facilities while maintaining strong client relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide intermediate engineering support for project coordination
- Manage tasks associated with small to medium scale projects
- Evaluate technologies and conduct technical research
- Prepare economic analyses and cost estimates
- Collaborate with clients for effective business proposals
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required
- 4+ years in solid waste management necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project
- Willing to travel and conduct field work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
