Mid-Market Sales Director at Airlock Digital

Drive growth in cybersecurity with Airlock Digital as a Mid-Market Sales Director. Lead new logo acquisition and streamline the full sales cycle in a remote role from Toronto. Airlock Digital is seeking a results-driven Mid-Market Sales Director to accelerate growth, focusing on new acquisitions and selective expansions. This individual contributor role will engage with security, IT, and business leaders to implement Airlock’s application control platform. Candidates should thrive in a high-growth environment, capable of navigating complex sales cycles and ensuring client needs are met. Key Responsibilities:

Achieve quarterly revenue targets for Mid-Market segment
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting to closing
Generate and maintain pipeline through outbound prospecting
Build relationships with IT and business leaders
Negotiate contracts and ensure deal execution

Requirements:

5+ years in B2B technology sales, preferably SaaS
Deep understanding of cybersecurity industry and buyer personas
Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders
Established sales history in the Toronto area
Excellent communication and solution-selling skills
