Blanc Labs in Toronto is seeking a Paid Acquisition/Media & Growth Specialist to own paid acquisition and conversion optimization for our regulated financial-services funnel. You will manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns, optimize landing pages, and improve funnel flow to generate qualified leads.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, understands regulatory advertising constraints, excels at conversion copy and A/B testing, and can deliver measurable improvements
