You will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of cold food items for the line, pantry and/or production area of the main kitchen. You are also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining proper pars of production level estimates, ensuring leftovers are used and properly stored, maintaining the cleanliness and order of refrigerators and work areas, ensuring proper food rotation, assisting with the set-up and breakdown of buffets, and correctly filling out production charts.Does this sound like you?You are excited to start or take the next step in your career in the field of hospitality.
