Senior Manager of Formulation Manufacturing role overseeing pharmaceutical and diagnostic product operations at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage workforce to meet production schedules and cGMP requirements
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, production outputs, and process efficiencies
- Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across department
- Monitor costs and budgets while maintaining optimal production efficiency
- Develop staff capabilities, succession plans, and performance management for direct reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or related field
- Minimum 6 years operations experience in pharmaceutical or GMP environment
- Minimum 3 years supervisory or management experience
- Knowledge of cGMP standards and regulatory compliance
- Experience with budget management and financial planning
- Capability to develop and mentor direct reports
Compensation: $106,600–$155,850 annualized
