Experience estimating cladding, façades, roofing, or specialist subcontractingAbility to interpret architectural, structural, and façade drawingsUnderstanding of systems, fixings, interfaces, logistics, and sequencingProficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating softwareStrong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsUse cladding knowledge, accurate measurement, and commercial judgment to develop competitive estimates for specialist construction tenders.
