Senior Influencer Manager at Behaviour Interactive
Content Creators
Elevate your career in gaming as a Senior Influencer Manager at Behaviour Interactive in Montreal. Oversee the Dead by Daylight Creator Program and strengthen relationships with content creators while engaging the community. Behavior Interactive seeks an experienced Senior Influencer Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of its DBD Creator Program. This role requires a player-first mentality and expertise in creator management and influencer marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive engagement and retention strategies aligned with marketing goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day DBD Creator Program activities
- Recruit and strengthen partnerships with creators
- Drive engagement through ongoing creator support
- Collaborate on paid activations and campaigns
- Report metrics and insights for program enhancement
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in creator management
- Solid understanding of video game streaming ecosystem
- Familiarity with engagement metrics and performance reporting
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Strong knowledge of live service, multiplayer games
