Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. You will assist in meal preparation, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties
- Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and meets quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
- Participate in training sessions on food safety and kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A passion for cooking and the food industry is highly desirable.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
