Litigation Legal Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant on behalf of a well-established law firm located in downtown Vancouver.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing files and managing an up-to-date BF system
• Preparing documents and correspondence
• Managing calendars
• Scheduling meetings and other important events as required
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on file progress as required
• Other related duties from time to time

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2+ years of litigation legal administrative assistant experience.
• Legal Administrative Assistant certificate from a recognized institution
• Familiarity with BC and Federal Court Rules and procedures
• Robust computer skills and typing speed
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and time-management skills
