Capital Projects Manager Construction

Lead capital construction projects at The Granite Club using project management and stakeholder coordination skills in a full-time role. Guide work across active Club operations while protecting member experience.Reporting to the Director, Capital Projects, you will manage Aspiration Capital projects from initiation and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. The role requires budgeting, scheduling, risk management, design coordination, and contractor oversight. You will coordinate internal departments, consultants, contractors, vendors, and subtrades throughout delivery. Your work will support safe, timely, budget-conscious, quality-focused project completion while minimizing disruption to members, staff, events, and Club operations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage capital projects across planning, design, construction, commissioning, and closeoutMonitor schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, deliverables, and quality standardsCoordinate consultants, contractors, internal stakeholders, and project partnersConduct site visits and resolve construction progress issuesCoordinate shutdowns, access, phasing, turnover, warranties, and deficienciesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related disciplineFive to seven years of project management experienceExperience managing projects through full lifecycle deliveryStrong construction, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration knowledgeG driver’s license required for project sitesApply capital project management, construction coordination, and risk control expertise to support The Granite Club’s ongoing operations.
