Car Wash Manager Splashes Wash Lodge Location 3050 King George BLVD Surrey, BC Salary 37.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week Full time Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend Starts as soon as possible Benefits: Health benefits, Financial benefits, Other benefits Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience 3 years to less than 5 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Work site environment Motor vehicles Noisy Odours Dusty Responsibilities: Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and control budget and inventory Hire, train and supervise staff Address customers' complaints or concerns Respond to employee questions and complaints Clean and make minor repairs to vehicle Professionalism in customer service Clean and maintain work space Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse Test drive vehicles for proper handling Resolve complaints and claims Plan repair work to be performed Inspect repaired vehicles Experience and specialization Area of work experience Interior components Body components Additional information Security and safety Criminal record check Driving record check (abstract) Transportation/travel information Valid driver's licence Work conditions and physical capabilities Attention to detail Fast-paced environment Physically demanding Hand-eye co-ordination Standing for extended periods Bending, crouching, kneeling Personal suitability Client focus Judgement Organized Reliability Team player Initiative Accurate Dependability Benefits Health benefits Dental plan Health care plan Vision care benefits Financial benefits Group insurance benefits Other benefits Until 2026-06-10
