Deine Aufgaben
- Mithilfe deiner Expertise entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette der Versicherungsbranche baust du den Bereich Insurance bei SKAD auf
- Als Director Insurance übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich die Entwicklung und Pflege von nachhaltigen, vertrauensvollen Kundenbeziehungen
- Du verantwortest Projektergebnisse und lieferst immer in höchster Qualität und zur vollen Kundenzufriedenheit – von der pragmatischen Schnelllösung bis hin zur detaillierten Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung eines Lösungskonzepts
- Du baust ein Team an Consultants auf, für das du Projekte akquirierst und die thematische Entwicklung koordinierst
- Optional kannst du dich im Corporate Development an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens beteiligen
Dein Profil
- Unternehmerischer Charakter: Eigenverantwortung, Eigenmotivation, aktive Gestaltung der eigenen Karriere
- Umfassende Berufserfahrung in einer beratenden Tätigkeit für die Versicherungsbranche
- Hervorragende Projekthistorie sowie sehr gute Arbeitszeugnisse/Kundenfeedbacks
- Bestehendes Netzwerk mit potenziellen Zielkunden
- Bereitschaft auf Basis von Kundenanforderungen bei Bedarf vor Ort zu arbeiten – aus Sicht von SKAD sind 100% Homeoffice möglich
- Mindestens gute Deutschkenntnisse und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse (jeweils C1)
