This new position is pivotal in amplifying our development capacity and driving innovation in our AI-backed marketing compliance product. What You'll Get To Do:
- Lead Development: Drive the architecture and implementation of our AI-backed product using distributed systems.
- Innovative Problem Solving: Constantly seek out and implement effective solutions to complex challenges, aligning with departmental and business objectives.
- DevOps Mastery: Design and build sophisticated deployment pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery. Architectural Excellence: Evaluate and choose between various distributed architectures to construct a scalable, resilient system.
- MLOps Integration: As the product matures, Collaborate with Data Scientists to deploy new machine learning models, ensuring our AI capabilities stay at the forefront of the industry.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Expertise in Backend Development: Strong background in backend development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
- DevOps Proficiency: Hands-on experience in building and managing deployment pipelines, with a deep understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
- Distributed Systems Knowledge: In-depth understanding of distributed architectures and the ability to evaluate and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, to integrate and deploy new technologies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a passion for overcoming challenges and driving continuous improvement.
- Hosting - AWS
