Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic client success initiatives

• Collaborate with Technology teams on client tools
• Build and mentor a results-oriented client success team
Requirements:
• 15+ years in client success or benefits administration
• Background in managing complex client portfolios
• Strong analytical skills and technology adoption experience
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing capabilities
• Focus on execution and accountability
