Position Requirements:

We're seeking a bright and driven lawyer who has been called to the Ontario bar and possesses the following:

• A minimum of 6 years of financial services or corporate experience gained from a leading law firm or in-house;
• A strong work ethic and an eagerness to specialize in derivatives transactions;
• Exceptional drafting and communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail;
• A self-starter attitude with an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; and,
• Excellent academic credentials with a demonstrated commitment to exemplary client service.

Compensation:

Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including year of call, job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
