Bilingual Recruiter at CFIB Hybrid Position

Enhance your career as a Bilingual Recruiter with CFIB! This hybrid role allows you to support small businesses while working either in Montreal or Toronto, or remotely across Canada. As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage recruitment processes collaboratively, advising hiring managers on key decisions and sourcing candidates effectively. Your role will encompass all aspects of recruitment, from innovative job postings to engaging with potential candidates through interviews and inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle using Dayforce
- Actively source candidates from various platforms
- Create and post job advertisements on CFIB’s channels
- Advise managers on selection processes and candidate assessments
- Facilitate interviews and manage candidate communications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales recruiting
- Bilingual in French and English with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Dayforce or other recruiting software
- Expertise in social media recruitment strategies
- Excellent time management and proactive nature
