Seeking a meticulous Financial Controller to oversee daily accounting for marine-based companies. This in-person role requires managing full-cycle accounting and financial processes across multiple entities.

In this detail-oriented position, you will take ownership of full-cycle accounting and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. With a focus on AP, AR, and payroll oversight, you will support operational teams while preparing monthly financial statements for review. Your expertise in multi-entity management and compliance will be essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee full-cycle accounting for multiple companies • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions • Prepare monthly financial statements accurately • Handle intercompany reconciliations and transactions • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and CRA

Requirements: • CPA designation or equivalent experience preferred • 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience • Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting processes • Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems • Experience in marine, construction, or transportation industries
