In this senior role, you will manage the full lifecycle of SAP implementations, collaborating with clients to enhance their HR operations. Your expertise will play a vital role in shaping strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless integrations with various HR systems. Lead project timelines and deliver training to stakeholders to support change management. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients in SAP SuccessFactors solution design
- Oversee end-to-end implementation and data strategy
- Foster team collaboration to meet organizational goals
- Manage project risks and facilitate stakeholder feedback
- Drive continuous improvements in user experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related
- Minimum 8 years in SAP SuccessFactors consulting
- Proven track record in implementation leadership
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Additional language skills a plus
