Marketo administration and campaign operations define this remote Marketing Operations Manager opportunity with Extreme Networks in Toronto, Canada. Support programs serving global customers.This individual contributor role reports to the Senior Manager, MarTech Solution and Innovation. You will build campaigns, maintain workflows, and improve marketing operations. The work spans lead scoring, routing, databases, segmentation, integrations, and campaign support across United States time zones.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and integrationsExecute campaign plans with content, web, field, and events teamsRefine lead scoring and routing logic to drive MQL follow-upMaintain databases, segmentation, profiling, and audience targeting strategiesMonitor technical issues and provide timely marketing team supportRequirements:
Seven to nine years in demand generation or operations rolesAt least two years of hands-on Marketo administration experienceUnderstanding of lead scoring, routing, and SLA managementProficiency with automation platforms, CRM systems, and webinar toolsStrong organization, analysis, problem-solving, and project management abilitiesApply marketing operations expertise across Marketo, campaign execution, lead management, and MarTech integrations at Extreme Networks.
