Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Marine Technician at Milltown Marine Services. As a Marine Technician, your day-to-day tasks will include performing maintenance and repairs on various types of boats, including electrical wiring, navigation systems, and motors. You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring that all work is completed to industry standards. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall satisfaction and safety of our clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in boat maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of electrical wiring systems in marine applications
- Familiarity with marine motors and propulsion systems
- Previous experience with Mercury, Yamaha, Volvo or related engjne manufactures is a plus
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. A valid driver's license and relevant certifications are also preferred.
