Job Description

Eagle River Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is driven to succeed. Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or are looking to start a rewarding new career, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional dealership experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that best suit their lifestyle and budget.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits through professional presentations and test drives.
• Present vehicle pricing, financing, leasing, and purchase options.
• Follow up with customers through phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media.
• Respond promptly to internet leads and customer inquiries.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of Dodge, Ram, Jeep, and Chrysler vehicles, current promotions, and financing programs.
• Work closely with sales management and finance departments to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
• Consistently work toward achieving individual and dealership sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to build trust and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Comfortable using computers, social media, and customer management systems.
• Previous automotive sales experience is an asset but not required.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
