Core Banking Platform Technical Lead

Step into a leading role as a Core Banking Platform Technical Lead. Guide platform architecture, integration, and deployment of APIs for enhanced performance and scalability. As Technical Lead, you will supervise the development and implementation of platforms within the Core Banking framework, ensuring they meet stringent performance and compliance standards. Your insights will drive the strategic roadmap and facilitate integration with business objectives, empowering cross-functional collaboration and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

Develop platform strategic roadmap aligned with business goals
Lead technical guidance for platform development teams
Ensure robust and secure architecture for platform services
Monitor platform performance and implement improvements
Oversee platform-related projects and stakeholder coordination

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
8+ years experience in platform development
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
Expertise with Temenos IRIS Framework
Knowledge of API development and DevOps practices
