Senior Insurance IT Business Analyst

Use advanced insurance analysis and hybrid collaboration to support Marsh’s Affinity & Program business in Toronto, Canada.
As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will manage Program Renewals end-to-end and translate business needs into technical specifications. Your work spans requirements gathering, data analysis, testing, process mapping, and stakeholder communications. The role supports client application data capture, policy rating, document generation, and Velocity migration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements for Program Policy renewals
- Translate needs into application and reporting specifications
- Track and prioritize Development and QA tickets
- Develop UAT data and coordinate testing activities
- Validate solutions through functional and integration testing
Requirements:
- Five-plus years as a Senior IT Business Analyst
- Advanced insurance and brokerage industry knowledge
- Strong Program Business operations background
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication and end-user training experience
