Position # : 200381 Expected Start Date: June 06, 2025 Union: SEIU Facility: Royal University Hospital City/Town: Saskatoon Department: Materials Management - Distribution - Case Carts Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: May 31, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Nights, Weekends Hours of Work: 56 shifts of 8 hours per 12 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 11 $22.600 to $24.210 (3 step range) Travel Required: No : Provides technical expertise and acts as a liaison with the Operating Rooms (OR). Inspects, cleans, assembles, tests and sterilizes surgical instruments/implants/equipment for surgeries. Orders and maintains implant inventory for surgical services. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience

• One (1) year working in a Medical Device Reprocessing department to learn proper
• cleaning techniques, handling/assembly/disassembly of instruments/equipment

Education

• Medical Device Reprocessing Technician - Certificate of Achievement
